ST
CHRISTOPHER'S |
A
CHAPEL IN THE BUSH |
|
World War 2 brought two great nations together and our area of Queensland
was one of the areas chosen to perform a great staging and training area
for the US forces. |
St Christophers Chapel was built during this war era and still stands
to today as a symbol of mutal forgiveness and mutual trust and kinship between
two great nations the US and Australian Armed Forces. |
Today services are held every 4th July and attended by ex servicemen from
the US and Australian Forces alike. |
